"Great location. The apartment is small but functionally designed, fully equipped. The apartment has everything you might need for a few nights or a longer stay. Kind and helpful host."

"I liked everything, except for a few issues: 1) the sofa bed on the lower floor is perhaps comfortable for sitting and does not take up much space, but it is not suitable for sleeping (worn out springs, uneven surface) - I recommend updating it.; 2) Not related to the apartment's furnishings - neighbors: upstairs were noisy until 4 am one night; next door - renovations were underway, even in our apartment there was a strong smell of paint, but it later passed. It is likely that this can happen in all rented apartments, this time we were less lucky. I would consider coming back if the sofa bed was replaced :) At the moment I can't give it a 10 because of these things."

"Ideal for two or three people, a lovely and perfectly organised two floors apartment in the heart of Paris offering any optional. Located in a lively and secure area, surrounded by some of the most famous shops and restaurants of town and 7 minutes walk from the Louvre is ideal for a relaxed and pleasant stay. The host has been extremely kind and helpful."

"Great location close to two Metro stops and the RER. Close to the Louvre and Ile-de-la -Cite. The kitchen was fully equiped and there was a washer/dryer for clothes. Secure, but also easy to access with the code and keys."

"Xavier was a great host and was very courteous. Nice touch with a bottle of wine on arrival. Apartment was clean and just the right size for a family of 4 for a short stay. Very close to Chatelet les Halles metro which made a good base for Disneyland and local sightseeing. There were some excellent cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance"

"The apartment was a little small if you planned to cook your own meals but you could still manage. The fun for us was in eating out in the local cafes and restaurants so that didn't matter."
